Versioning

Spendware SDKs and APIs should be upgraded deliberately.

SDK Versions

SDKs should send X-Spendware-SDK-Version where supported. Keep Python and TypeScript SDK versions aligned with the API features your integration uses.

API Specs

The API reference pages publish the current customer-facing OpenAPI specs for Spendware SaaS. If a response does not match the documented schema, capture the request ID, timestamp, SDK version, request path, and response body, then contact Spendware support.

Compatibility

The interactive API reference and publishable SDKs are related but separate surfaces. Prefer documented SDK methods when they exist. Use raw HTTP for endpoints that are documented in the API reference but not yet wrapped by your SDK version.
